So the Library is closed until further notice, and you still need to work on your thesis or courses. All is not lost, even if you did not borrow everything you needed before we closed.

You can still use our electronic resources

Ebooks and articles can be found in the Explore catalogue along with our print collection. Selecting “online resources” in the left menu will allow you to filter the results for things you can still access.

When searching for a specific e-book, e-journal, or database, using the specific tools provided by the Graduate Institute could be more effective.

To access our digital resources, use the Graduate Institute VPN

The Graduate Institute VPN software is available for Windows, OSX, iOS and Android.

You can still ask for missing titles

Our purchase suggestion form is still open. We will purchase digital versions of books you need whenever possible. We can also scan chapters from books we own in print!

You can still contact us with your questions remains active. Our librarians will answer your questions from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We have also opened a Virtual infodesk on Google Meet, open Monday to Friday (requires a Graduate Institute account).

You will not be fined

All loans will be automatically renewed until further notice. All fines will be suspended until June 12, 2020.
